Hands-on Flow Cytometry Course - EMBL
June 4-8, 2018
EMBL Heidelberg, Germany
The course is designed for researchers at any step of their career and will cover the subject from basic principles to complex assays. Prior basic working knowledge of Flow Cytometry is of advantage, but not strictly a must.
In line with the suggestions from our course in 2017, we will significantly enhance the number of analysis sessions together with our partners from FlowJo. We will cover the theory of Flow Cytometry and corroborate this information intensively with the practical issues of the most frequent assays as part of our practical course curriculum.

41st Annual Course in Cytometry
June 16-22, 2018
Brunswick, Maine USA
Cytometry Educational Association is pleased to announce the 2018 Annual Course in Cytometry! This annual course will provide you with state-of-the-art information on important cutting-edge topics in cytometry.
Over 35 nationally recognized instructors organize 17+ hours of hands-on laboratories and present 16 hours of related lectures. In the laboratories and lectures you'll learn about pertinent topics in the art and science of cytometry. You will rank your interest for all the offered laboratories, and we'll construct a lab schedule tailored just for you.
There will be over 20 cytometry instruments from many different manufactures, each staffed by instructors and corporate representatives to assist you with your hands-on experience and answer your questions. All involved love to teach and their enthusiasm about this technology is definitely infectious.
We will have some exciting new laboratories this year. We'll have a Mass Cytometry laboratory that will be run by Michelle Poulin and an Advanced Compensation laboratory run by Richard Konz. Paul Wallace and Kah Teong Soh are designing a brand-new mRNA transcription and protein expression laboratory. We're also excited to have Marcela Maus delivering our special lecture which is currently entitled "Flow-base Assessment of CAR T Cells".
