17th Leipziger Workshop, Abstract submission deadline approaches


Dear Colleagues and Friends of the Leipziger Workshop,

The abstract submission deadline for our upcoming 17th Leipziger Workshop, "Cytomics in Leipzig" March 21-23, 2012, (http://www.leipziger-workshop.de) is rapidly approaching.
For your convenience we have extended this deadline by two weeks. Our web site is open for registration and submission of lecture and poster abstracts.

Like last year, the location for the 17th Leipziger Workshop is the BioCity Leipzig (Biotechnological Biomedical Center (BBZ)), Deutscher Platz 5, 04103 Leipzig,
Germany

IMPORTANT: After registration only abstracts submitted until January 31, 2012, will be considered.
MPORTANT note for registration and abstract submission:
In order to further improve the information and registration process and to provide you with updates from the Workshop and other teaching activities please login and create or change your personal account. You can access your account as follows:
1. Go to http://www.leipziger-workshop.de/ and click on login.

2. Register or open your account.
3. Include or change your personal data.
4. Submit your abstract. All abstracts can be edited until submission deadline on January 31, 2012.

IMPORTANT note for publishing:
I. We plan to publish all accepted abstracts (submission deadline: January 31, 2012) in the Journal Cytometry Part A (Impact Factor 2009: 3.032).
II. All authors are invited to submit a brief manuscript that will be considered for Cytometry Part A as a fully peer-reviewed manuscript
(bring a print version to the meeting or send it to us electronically).
III. All meeting abstracts and presentations will be reviewed. Authors whose presentations were found excellent (top 10%) will be invited to submit a manuscript that will be peer-reviewed and published in Cytometry Part A as an "Invited Paper".
