NanoSort, Inc. awarded an NIH "Lab to Marketplace" SBIR Grant to Develop Next-Generation Flow Cytometer and Cell Sorter"
San Diego, CA, July 14, 201. The National Institutes of Health awarded technology start-up NanoSort, Inc. a 2 year, $698,000 small business innovation research (SBIR) grant. Granted by NIH's National Center for Research Resources (NCRR), this SBIR will enable NanoSort to advance their development of next-generation personal flow cytometers. NanoSort employs lab-on-a-chip technology to drastically reduce the size and cost of flow cytometers while maintaining high performance.
