The iChrome MLE multi-laser engines from Toptica Photonics (Victor, NY) incorporate up to four different lasers from 405 to 660 nm that deliver free beam or coupled polarization-maintaining fiber, and integrate with microscopes or flow cytometers. High-speed analog (1 MHz) and digital modulation (20 MHz) allow fast switching between laser wavelengths and intensities, reducing photo toxicity and bleaching.
