Cytometry is the official journal of the International Society for Analytical Cytology. It is published monthly by Wiley-Liss, Inc. In 1994, the Society issued a new section of the journal, Clinical Cytometry, and in 1997 produced the first issue of Current Protocols in Cytometry.
Cytometry now incorporates Bioimaging.
Clinical Cytometry (CC) aims to be the definitive journal in clinical cytometry serving not only the cytometry community, but the pathology, hematology/oncology and medical community in general.
Submit a manuscript to Cytometry or Clinical Cytometry through Manuscript Central.
Current Protocols in Cytometry (published in association with ISAC) represents the combined efforts of leading cytometry laboratories from around the world to provide carefully prepared, clearly presented, and finely tuned methods in the fields of flow and image cytometry.
Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA) Manual. This manual will outline the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA) compliance requirements for clinical laboratories engaged in the practice of flow cytometry. The legislation requirements are based on the complexity of the laboratory testing. Flow cytometry is considered high complexity testing. The recommendations in this manual will apply to high complexity testing and will give instructions and forms for complying with the personnel, quality control, proficiency testing, and quality assurance requirements. |
