CYTO University » Donate Online

As ISAC’s online portal for on-demand, peer-reviewed cytometry education, CYTO U offers multi-module courses, recorded sessions from the CYTO conference, and a regular webinar series. The driving principle for CYTO U is to maximize community access to high quality educational materials on flow and image cytometry as well as shared resource lab (SRL) management.

FlowRepository » Donate Online

FlowRepository is ISAC's public flow cytometry data repository that facilitates the integrated review of datasets referenced in published literature with its associated metadata. Users can access, review, download, deposit, annotate, share, and analyze flow cytometry datasets. Since proper annotation is key to third-party interpretation, FlowRepository supports all annotation concepts specified by the Minimum Information about a Flow Cytometry Experiment (MIFlowCyt).

Instruments 4 Science » Donate Online

ISAC's I4S program identifies second-hand instruments that are still valuable and donates them to clinical and research labs in countries with difficulties in purchasing them. It also aims to work with these labs on providing proper training on such instruments so they may become educational centers in their local communities. CYTO Youth » Donate Online

The CYTO Youth subcommittee seeks to communicate complex, scientific concepts and about cytometry in a context that engages the audience and is easily understood by individuals with little to no cytometry experience (layperson, students, patients, faculty, etc.) and show how research and teaching in the field of cytometry are bridging the gap between biology and technology. It provides STEM Outreach for the society.
