Scientific Interest and Avenues for Collaboration: I have a background in T cell biology in the context of autoimmunity and infectious disease and am particularly interested in expanding the usage of high-dimensional data analysis tools to the users of my SRL. I am interested in cytometry biosafety, as my institution will open a BSL-3 lab in 2020 that will contain cytometric analysis and sorting resources. Also of interest is the extension of flow cytometry techniques to unconventional model systems, non-cellular samples, and environmental samples.
