Scientific Interest and Avenues for Collaboration As an immunologist, I have a deep interest in using high-dimensional cytometry to interrogate immune subsets in both translational and clinical studies. To this end, I am collaborating with several institutions to apply methods to standardize cytometers across multiple sites, providing the opportunity to generate highly comparable data sets on clinical samples across sites. I am also interested in promoting multi-omics approaches within the SRL community, specifically by enhancing accessibility to next-generation sequencing technologies that are increasingly used downstream of cell sorting applications. In addition, I am developing an educational campaign to better deliver education and technology to users, from experimental inception to implementation to presentation; the goal of this initiative is to enable users to best take advantage the power of cytometry.
