Giving Tuesday

This year, ISAC would like to focus Giving Tuesday around one of our civic missions, Instruments for Science (I4S).

The ISAC Instruments for Science (I4S) Task Force is committed to advancing global access to cytometry technology through collaboration, resource sharing, and long-term support. Through the I4S program, we place and donate instruments to laboratories in resource-limited settings, empowering researchers with essential tools, training, and collaborative opportunities to drive impactful scientific discovery. I4S members manage targeted grant-supported initiatives that deliver advanced technology and training to labs worldwide, fostering sustainable scientific progress.

I4S works in tandem with ISAC Education Committees and the Associated Societies Subcommittee to ensure appropriate and specific training/certification is available to maximize benefit of the instruments. This includes the appropriate level of training in the appropriate language. Instrument donations go through a series of stages to ensure the best outcome and success of the lab receiving the instrument.

Your support can make a transformative impact. By donating, you are directly contributing to the growth of cytometry in underserved regions and helping scientists unlock new insights that benefit global health and innovation. Join us in our mission to provide these invaluable resources to laboratories that need them most.
