Senior Staff Scientist and Vaccine Immunology Statistical Center Methods Development Lead
Education MSc in Biochemistry, 2002, McGill University, Montreal, Canada. PhD in Bioinformatics, 2008, McGill University, Montreal, Canada. Post-doctoral researcher at the IRCM, Montreal, Canada 2008-2010 and at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Seattle, WA, 2010-2012.
Scientific Interest and Avenues for Collaboration My research is focused on developing tools and statistical methods for analysis of high throughput immunological assay data, focusing on applications to biomarker discovery in immunology, vaccine development, and clinical trials. Novel assays, interesting study designs and data sets that pose analytic, and computational and statistical challenges are of interest.
