Paul K. Wallace, PhD is the Past President of ISAC and the Director of Flow and Image Cytometry Department at Roswell Park Cancer Comprehensive Center in Buffalo, NY USA, where he has served since 2003. At Roswell Park, his recent research interests are in the development of flow cytometric assays to monitor measurable residual disease in hematological malignancies.

His current project is developing a 26-color panel using spectral cytometry to detect residual disease in patients with acute myeloid leukemia. He is internationally recognized for his contributions to cytometry education and has served on and developed content for ISAC, ICCS, ESCCA, PETFAR, and ASCP. He has been on the faculty of the Annual Research Flow Cytometry Courses since 1993.
