Education PhD in Tumor immunology from University of Copenhagen
Scientific Interest and Avenues for Collaboration The main interest of the Kvistborg lab is to dissect the (dys)functional state of tumor-specific T cells in cancer and how anti-cancer therapies may influence this state using RNA sequencing and
high-dimensional flow cytometry. For this purpose we are currently setting up flow panels on the Symphony A5 and testing gene expression profiles for suitable for low T cell numbers. At this point in time we are mainly focused on neo-antigen
specific T cells in melanoma, head and neck cancer, ovarian cancer and renal cell cancer, and how T cells from patients with these malignancies respond to mono- or combination-therapy with checkpoint targeting antibodies.
