Scientific Interest and Avenues for Collaboration My main research interest is the design of computational solutions for single-cell data analysis. During my PhD, I developed the FlowSOM and FloReMi algorithms for flow cytometry visualization and biomarker discovery, and I am still improving them further. Currently, I am also developing machine learning algorithms for mass cytometry and imaging cytometry datasets. I am especially interested in collaborations with wet lab scientists who are exploring questions to which the current computational tools do not provide the answers yet and who want to explore new machine learning approaches.
