Taylor Ketcham

Director of Operations

Taylor Ketcham has extensive experience in business operations and project management with a focus on education, program development, and supporting clients as they develop strategic business plans and focus on employee engagement and community outreach efforts.

Taylor received her Project Management Professional Certification from Syracuse University. Additionally, she actively contributes to the development of future leaders as a student advisor in Shenandoah University’s Transformative Leadership Program, emphasizing her personal values and priorities aligning with making positive contributions to local communities and inspiring the next generation of professionals.

Originally from Upstate New York, Taylor obtained her BS in Sport Management and minor in Psychology from St. John Fisher College, now St. John Fisher University.

Taylor now resides in northern Virginia with her family where they enjoy exploring the outdoors and traveling!
