Scientific Interest and Avenues for Collaboration
I have a passion for cutting-edge, high-parameter, single cell technologies, and particularly application of these methods to new biological contexts. As a shared resource director, I think often about protocol standardization and work hard to increase the accessibility of niche techniques, such as phospho-specific flow cytometry, to a larger portion of the scientific community. My group was an early adopter of mass cytometry, and we regularly host external visitors for instruction and collaboration on a variety of topics, from sample preparation to data analysis.
