Scientific Interest and Avenues for Collaboration
I am currently investigating the effect of disease-modifying therapies in multiple sclerosis patients. I primarily use mass cytometry to interrogate the circulating immune cells within these patients before and after treatment, to better understand the role of various immune cell subsets in disease progression. In recent years I have become more interested in the analysis of high dimensional cytometry data (both flow and mass), primarily through R. As an immunologist delving into the world of bioinformatics I’m keen to expand my own knowledge of both the biological and computational sciences, and happy to help others in their own analyses.
