Director of Programs

Ana Sarnoski is a dedicated team leader with over 20 years of experience in membership engagement, volunteer development, and strategic event planning. She excels at identifying opportunities to enhance membership value, strengthen member loyalty, and cultivate leadership through dynamic events and volunteer initiatives. Ana’s expertise includes project management, volunteer engagement, and designing programs that build community and support long-term organizational growth. 

Ana holds a BA in Government and Politics and Anthropology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Maryland, and an MAEd in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Virginia Tech. She resides in Maryland with her husband and two daughters.
