Governance

The governance Committee is chaired by the ISAC Secretary. This committee provides Council, and the Committees and Taskforces of Council, with guidance on their legal, ethical, and operational responsibilities under the Society’s governing documents (Constitution, Bylaws, and Policies & Procedures Manual). The Committee also makes recommendations for changes to ISAC’s governance structures, policies, and practices when needed.
